Every feature of CommonSpot is accessible right from a web browser. Whether in the office, on the road, or working from home, you can manage your web site(s) easily. For example, you can:

• administer security and other server and site options
• design your site's look and feel
• contribute and edit content
• approve and publish new content and updates

All the functions of Web design and publishing are available directly from the browser, and within the context of the page. It's not necessary to navigate to a separate application or URL in order to create or modify a Web page.

To contribute or 'author' content on a page, the user simply toggles on the 'Author' view for that page.

Commonly understood icons, menus, wizards and dialogs are added to the browser, and are tailored to the role and privileges of the individual user. These icons and user interface components provide access to relevant menus and wizards, to guide the user through the process of creating, publishing and managing Web content.
