Collaborative Authoring & Email Review

Need to have your content changes reviewed by someone else prior to publishing? CommonSpot's collaborative authoring feature enables multiple content authors to share in the content contribution process.  Content that is "Work in Progress" for one author, can now be edited or viewed by another author. The "Edit Mode" option allows users with "Edit" rights to view all changes on a page - even if another user has implemented the changes.

By toggling to "Edit Mode", an author can see content that has been modified by other users, and if desired, take ownership of the content.

Many times it is necessary to have content reviewed by someone who is not a content contributor. CommonSpot's "Email Review" feature allows contributors to send a "Preview" of a page via email.
