Sophisticatd content can be very complex, and managing this complexity can become very difficult.

For example, an event calendar may be implemented with three content objects - 'event', 'location', and 'contact'. A user adding a new event will usually select the location and contact from existing records, but sometimes the needed records don't exist. CommonSpot allows programatic addition of the missing records so the user adding the event doesn't have to perform (or even have permission to perform) the addtional steps.

  • Simplify complex interactions among related content objects
  • Reduce training requirements
  • Minimize inconsistencies.
