PaperThin is pleased to announce the availability our latest support enhancement, of the CommonSpot Integrated Support System.

This new module delivers an improved incident ticket submission system, which automatically captures your local system data and error logs, to facilitate faster and more accurate support responses. This summer, several of our customers participated in the Windmill beta program, and we appreciate the feedback you provided.

This module is available for download as a standalone module, and is compatible with any 3.x version of CommonSpot. Thus, you will not need to upgrade to the latest service pack in order to begin using the Integrated Support System.

Beginning November 1, we will require all customers to submit support incidents through the new Integrated Support System, so we encourage you to download this module today and try it out.

It's free, and by submitting support incidents in this manner, we'll automatically get more information about your issue, to help troubleshoot the issue faster.
